Founded in 2004 to show our children where their food comes from, Double Brook Farm has been raising turkeys, chickens, pigs, and chickens on pasture and wood lot for over 20 years.
All of our animals are raised on farm and on pasture to mimic their natural feeding, foraging, and animal behavior patterns and needs. Our sheep are 100% grass fed. Our pigs and poultry have their foraged diet supplemented by a non-GMO locally-grown feed blend that we grind on demand. We do not administer hormones or antibiotics. We have one of the few on-farm USDA-inspected abattoirs in the country, assuring that we control the process of farming—including animal safety, animal welfare, and quality—from start to finish.
