Supporting Local Farmers,
Nourishing Local Communities
Our Vision
In the spring of 2026, Lambertville will welcome a new farmers market rooted in a simple mission: build community, increase access to locally sourced food, and support local farmers and small businesses.
At its heart, the Lambertville Farmers Market is about more than shopping. It’s about creating a weekly ritual, supporting the regional food economy, and strengthening the social fabric of the city, one Sunday at a time.
The goal is to launch with a thoughtfully curated group of outstanding vendors offering a full range of food—produce, bread, dairy, meat, and more—alongside simple pleasures like live music, seating, and family-friendly activities. The emphasis is on quality, consistency, and creating a space where neighbors linger, talk, and feel at home.
Our History
This market is the result of a grassroots effort that began quietly in the fall of 2025, when a small group of residents, farmers, and civic leaders started meeting around a shared belief—that Lambertville is ready for a vibrant, welcoming market that serves as both a weekly grocery stop and a true community gathering place.
From the start, Lambertville Mayor Andrew Nowick has helped shape the vision, drafting the market’s mission statement and championing it as a civic good that strengthens local connections and regional agriculture.
